Do not use this company They are complete scam artists. Ive been through their website multiple times and each time its more difficult to navigate than the first time. The customer service is also terrible- they always say were sorry but we cant help you when theres nothing they can do. Do not bother with this company

This company is a total scam The host was never even available and the support staff is always trying to tell you that your account has been suspended because of some unspecified error. In my case it was actually because I made an unauthorized purchase from their website. Dont bother using this company - theyre nothing but a scam artist who tricks people into thinking theyre getting something valuable when in reality they are just taking advantage of them.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I was always up-to-date on my account and everything was going fine until recently when suddenly my internet went out andSummithosting could not help me because they were always on. I asked them to turn off the always on feature and it just kept staying on. They said that it needed to be rebooted but wouldnt do anything about turning off the always on feature themselves. Finally after 12 hours of trying to get someone onto the phone I gave up and canceled my subscription. Do not ever use this company

I have had two failures with this company and I always feel that there is a hidden agenda behind their products and services. If you are looking for a host that is always on Always On then you will not find it here. We have had our last communication issue with them late night and they were still online all the time. I would not recommend this product to anyone
