He never delivers on these services and often runs afoul of laws governing anti-scam practices. I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone said she could not do anything because they were out of cookies. I told her that I was coming in from work and I had brought my own cookies so she must have been mistaken. She then proceeded to tell me that there are no cookies left and that she is closed for lunch. Needless to say I will never use Sunlight Media again
