"I Have Had Two Attempts"
SuperiorSolutions, Review Specifics:
I have had two attempts to access this website and it has not given me the results I was hoping for. Each time I have sent an email requesting a response and received nothing back. I went into customer service and they said they couldnt find anything wrong with my account but I still got communication through phone number and email. They told me that maybe something my computer was downloading or whatever it was but never received a response from me on their end. Overall very poor experience

I have had multiple issues with this company and its always the same. The service is poor and they never seem to get it. Im sure there are better companies out there that can take care of things but this one just seems to be a flop.
