I tried out the software for a few days and it was literally taking hours to get my insuranceforms 1st version. Now I need about 10 minutes of their time per hour to sign up for an account and theyre making me pay with my bank card. Whats going onThe company surancebay.com is in the business of providing innovative insurance software that helps people save money on health care services. However when we began using their software they were utilizing hours which should be used for other activities such as Sign-up process was difficult to follow detailed instructions provided no hope for improvement
