This company is terrible. Ive never had such terrible service in my life. First they charged me for something that wasnt even code assistance - it was just a tech support call Second their customer service is HORRIBLE. Theyre always moaning and complaining about how hard it is to get through to someone and when you do finally reach someone they say things like well sorry but we cant help you with that or oh no we dont actually offer support for Windows 8. And the worst part is that all of this has been going on for months now and nobody has done anything about it Avoid these people at all costs - theres no way around it.

Im not satisfied with the services offered by Surround Technologies. The developers who I worked with were very unhelpful and didnt seem to be interested in helping me develop my software. Additionally they charged me a lot of money for what was essentially a worthless service.

I had to read the reviews before buying it because I know how important it is to buy something with a good environment and software that will stay on new platforms. But they were all negative. Anyway after reading the reviews I decided against buying it. Why Because of the design and the message The design isangular and lookprofessional but the message isthat software should not slow down or stop in between platforms. So if youre looking for an upgrade this isnt the product for you. Save your money and go another route.

Unfortunately the overview was very negative in appearance. The majority of the article was lamenting how difficult it was to get started with Windows Web and Mobile SOFTWARE who totallyNAGEDYed us by stating that these products are not available yet or at all
