When I first heard about this company I was excited. They have a lot of hype and it sounded like they had some great technology. Their website is very clear and easy to navigate which made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. However after using their service a few times I can say that their technology is absolutely terrible. The quality of the videos you make with them are extremely choppy and not as smooth as you would hope. Additionally the resolution of their videos is also not as high as you would want it to be. Overall this company does not seem worth your time or money.

I just got my first purchase from this business and it was a VR AR 360 degree camera for my home. I was very excited to use it but unfortunately its been terrible. The app is terrible too. Every time I would set up the camera it would say that there were no images or videos left to create a story with but there they are right now Its been really frustrating. Ive already bought another product from this company and its an even worse experience. Do not recommend

surroundvision.co.uk is a website where people can buy Surround Vision products. But when I checked the website they had removed all of the products that were related to VR and AR. So Im not the only person who has problem with this company. The customer service is also bad here. They always have trouble finding out what is wrong with these products and they will not help you or tell you how to fix the issue. They just say that its a product that needs to be sent back and forth between the customer and the store even though this is never actually done. And finally surroundvision.co.uk is very expensive especially for things that are not really important like prices for 360 degree photos of your home or office.
