Suryl is a scam company. I interacted with them on two occasions and both times they did not deliver on their promises. The first time they said that my home was ready for inspection and the second time they said that the work would be done in three days. Neither of these things happened. In fact it took several weeks for them to even come out to my house and start the work. They also charged me a lot of money for what appeared to be nothing. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Was Extremely Disappointed With The Customer Service I"

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Suryl.com. The first time I contact them they were very unhelpful and told me that I needed to send everything back and they would process a return for me. After waiting weeks and not receiving anything in the mail I Contacted them again and spoke to a different person who was even more unhelpful. Finally after much frustration I called customer service back and spoke to a woman who confirmed that my order had not been processed because they were swamped with orders from other customers. She said that if I wanted my order processed then it would cost me an additional 50 which wasnt very refundable considering how long it took for the original order to be fulfilled. Overall this experience was extremely frustrating and did not meet my expectations at all.
