Health CareI was very disappointed with the service I received from SutureHealth.com. The representative who took my call said that I needed to come in for an evaluation and she would be able to give me a better idea of what I need done. When I got there there were already several other customers waiting in line. The representative told me that she wasnt able to see me because another patient had already been seen and her turn came up. She then explained that the other patients wound was much bigger and required a different type of suture than mine did. In addition the representative said that my insurance wouldnt cover anything else related to home health care so I would have to pay out of pocket. Overall it was a terrible experience and I dont recommend this company to anyone.

Health CareI was extremely disappointed with company suturehealth.com. I never believed that they would have such terrible customer service. The website was easy to use and the customer service was horrible. They were both really bad at customer service and made it very difficult for me to return my product. I would not recommend this site or its customers to anyone.
