SVMT Inc.us is a business process consulting company which has been in the business of providing service to its clients for over 10 years. I have had dealings with this company before and while their services may be good at times they always seem to lack quality control or customer service. In my most recent experience with them they were unable to meet my expectations in regards to the quality of their work. They only provided me with consultant services which did not meet my needs as a customer.

I decided to go with this company because they were the only one that had a process consulting service. I was very disappointed. The consultant did not even know what he was talking about when it came to process consulting. He said things like You should already have a process in place. and This is something that you should have done in the past. He also made me feel like I was asking for too much because my company has been doing business the way its been done for years.

I have just received my original SVMT Inc. invoice from a few weeks ago. I had to send back in action because I discovered a very important change with my account. The SVMTInc website is now www.svmtinc.us instead of the original www.svmtinc.com - this was very unexpected and frustrating. I have sent customer service multiple times and they are still not able to get this problem resolved. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
