swatsystems.com is a company that provides software as a service SWS and cloud-based services such as security systems backup and disaster recovery BDR workstations and online customer service. However this company has a history of providinger excess power and being unresponsive to customer needs. For example swatsystems.com has allowed users to create as many accounts as they want with as little payment attention as possible. However they currently offer a account size of only 5 per month which is very small compared to other companies in the business. Additionally swatsystems.com is very slow in offering new features or responses to customer questions for the past few months now. I recommend against using swatsystems.com.

I just signed up for the free trial and its great that theres no need to call customer service. However if Im not happy with a service offer for more than four days then I cant change my mind and largely rely on company Swatsystems.com to provide good software support in a crisis. Their customer service is incredibly responsive and they always remember my name. However their software security offering is disappointing. Its easy to find examples of me making Purchases or using their assisted features which was an important part of my life as a tech-savvy person. I now live without technology and am forced to use search engines to find what I need or see solutions to problems Ive faced before. The overall business model is good but Swatsystems.com are definitely the way to go if you want quality customer service and prevention of potential crises within your team.
