I would say that the company Swicktech.com is very poor in terms of customer service. I had to contact them three times for support and each time the response was either slow or not at all helpful. In addition their fees are outrageous and it takes forever for them to get back to you. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is terrible I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do and dont seem to care about their customers. I have had them do more work on my computer than was necessary and it has caused more problems for me than anything else.

I just did a online order with swicktech.com and the representative was National Duma Committee you cant even find him on there. I thought it was about the product. I was to finally get my purchase back from the1016000 people that bought my thing. But all I got were more questions about what I needed and how much it would cost. Then I had to take care of it myself so you dont have to do that. Terrible customer service

I was this companys original customer in 2006. I have had the pleasure of using all of their products and services throughout the years. However recent changes have made my experience with them less than positive. For example their software is increasingly difficult to use because of the way it is designed to be intuitive. Nevertheless they are a well-loved company within the IT world for their quality services and products.I would not recommend using this company at all.
