SwiftSystems is nothing more than a scam artist who takes advantage of unsuspecting users. Do not bother calling them youll be refunded in full and never have to deal with them again

is terribleI have had a lot of negative experiences with SwiftSystems. The first time was about two years ago when I needed help with my new computer. They were very unhelpful and gave me a hard time. The second time was even worse they refused to help me because my old computer was still working fine When I asked them to switch out my computer they said it would cost too much money and that I would have to wait for another year. Needless to say I did not take their offer and went ahead and bought my own computer. In both cases the service was incredibly slow and it took forever for them to get the job done. Overall avoid this company if you can

.com is a total disaster. The support staff is incompetent and unhelpful the service is slow and I have had to wait long periods of time for my concerns to be addressed. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.I have tried out Swiftsystems.com for IT services in MaryLand and am extremely disappointed with their incompetence and slow service They never seem to focus on what they are supposed to do - instead they are just trying to nickel and dime me until I give up. In addition their support staff is totally inept-they dont know how to properly handle customer concerns or understand English language so they cant help you at all. Do not go through with using SwiftSystems.com as your primary IT provider- it wont be worth the hassle or money

.comI have had the pleasure of using many IT solutions providers in my years of work and as a result I have found many different types of IT services. Some are better then others because they are more expensive. That is why I such as the way that SwiftSystems.com provides its users with mediocre at best software assistance for a fair price. But there are other companies out there that provide what they call swift system service which is really only man-pushed manual reformatting so the computer just chirps and says thank you for your help It seems these days that people want their computer back to the way it was before they worked on it - clean organized with all the old files hassling clearious The company swifter system services. So if youre looking for software help and cant afford to pay top dollar go ahead and use one of the other companies instead
