The employees were very uninterested in what they were doing and did not seem to understand how to work the system. There was also a lot of confusion about who was responsible for what. Save your time and money and never order anything from this company again

.I do not recommend this company. I have had a terrible experience with them. The first time I tried to use their services they were very unhelpful and did not understand what I was trying to ask. Then the second time they charged me for something that never happened and then said it was my fault because I didnt ask for it. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

for small businesses.Ive had a bad experience with Swingtech.com. The first time I was extremely disappointed because the customer service chap couldnt even seem to understand what I was saying about my computer system that wasnt working properly. The second time they took forever to get someone to come and help me fix my laptop screen - which was clearly not their responsibility And finally the most recent Time they charged me for something that wasnt even included in the price of my purchase a new monitor Basically this company is just not up to par - definitely avoid it if youre looking for any professional services related to Information Technology

However this review is from a past campaign and is not necessarily relevant to this latest campaign.Swingtech has terrible customer service. I called them multiple times during the day they were working and still didnt get through. I also called them multiple times afterhours and they didnt answer either. The only time they did answer it was an automated call so you can understand why it wasnt good customer service.1 The quality of the services provided was poor 2 The customer service was poor 3 The overall customer experience was poor

They provide software that is not even on the market right now they are basic information technology professional services and staffing solutions that meet only small business needs for data entry customer service and marketing. This company does not own any real world experience with such software so youre getting a bad review of it from us.

The representative was very slow in getting my request for help with information technology resolved and when she did she - was not open to solutions that were different from the ones she had been offering for the past 4 years She told me that I needed to change my lifestyle or we would not be able to work together. This is red flags all around it.I would not recommend this company to others.
