Do not use this service. The entire process was extremely difficult and took forever to get anything done. They never contacted me after the fact and said they would do something about it but at the end of the day I still had to change my switch because they could not figure out how to do it themselves

I just got a bad review for company switchautomation.com. Our machine and us both had the same problem. We were told we would need to change our account number which we did not need to change. The machine still didnt work and we are still getting this call from customer service. They tell us to change our account number and it wont matter because were not changing our account number. Ive tried every single phone number and Ive even changed my address trying also This is exactly where company switchautomation.com falls down. They cant seem to get their act together and take care of what they should have done years ago.
