1 star- do not use this company if you want your money back.I was very disappointed with the switchcreative.ca company. I ordered some items and never received them so I returned them all. The customer service was terrible and I had to go through almost a full return process before they would even let me speak to a human being. Do not use this company if you want your money back.

Ive had a terrible experience with company switchcreative.ca. First of all the prices are outrageous. Second of all the quality of their products is laughably bad. Third of all they dont seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to customer service or product delivery. Its been a total nightmare trying to communicate with them and get anything done I wouldnt recommend this company at all.

I was so excited to try company switch Creative.ca but after one use I realized that this is a business with no talent or experience with digital marketing and advertising. The website isnt very clear about how it works or what options are available. I spent months trying to get help from their team but they were not willing to only provide me with the same support that I had already been getting from other companies. In the end I decided togo elsewhere.

I was extremely unhappy with the previous website and decided to switch to company switchcreative.ca. The new website is much better and looks much more current. Im no longer experiencing problems with the old website and itseditors notes about how best to manage my web presence. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a good safe online store that will stay up and running during their travel journey
