The people behind this company are complete scammers and they will not give you any information or help you with anything else that you may need in order to get your computer fixed or replaced. Do not bother giving them your personal information either they will use it all for their own scams.

Ive had a terrible experience with Switch Think Solutions. I placed an order for a switch that never arrived and then received an email notification that my money was already gone. I called the company and they said they would process my refund but would not tell me what happened to the switch. The whole debacle made me extremely angry and frustrated. Do not bother using this company

"I Just Got A Letter From The Bank"

I just got a letter from the bank telling me that my account has been cancelled. I signed a contract with company switchthink.com and was set to receive our products in about 2 weeks. Instead of going through company switchthink.com I now am waiting on phone messages from customer service which are always different and always different sizes. And sometimes they even say things like We only serve customers who are really using our services. Its really not worth the risk for me.
