They were great until I moved to a new house and they no longer had the resources to keep up with the changes in technology. I have had a negative experience with company swoca.net. They are in the business of SWOCA Complex IT solutions simplified and they do not seem to be very good at it. Their products are always complicated and their support is not very good either. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are in the business of simplifying complex IT solutions and making them easier for their clients to use. However the services they provide are terrible and often times do not meet the needs of their clients. I have had several issues with their incompetence and lack of response time. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive had a terrible experience with Swoca.net. They are in the business of SWOCA complex IT solutions simplified and they did not do anything to help me Simplify my life. I was told by one of their employees that I needed to have 5 different passwords for different accounts because there were too many security concerns but I never received any information about this from them or from their website. Additionally the customer service was terrible and I got yelled at by a supervisor for trying to use their phone during work hours.

I started using SWOCA because I was struggling with complex IT solutions. The support team is very friendly and helpful and they are always willing to help out anyone who needs it. Their prices are also very reasonable which is great. However the biggest reason I keep coming back is because I love the customer service. They are incredibly kind and helpful and they always have the time of the world to help people out. If youre looking for a good online swoca.net resource this is not it.

I have had two articles published on this company swoca.net in the past month. I have never had such a negative experience with someone in the business of this website. Every time I change my password or try to use this website I receive an email from swaca.com with a link to a page that says registration required . When I click on the link and then enter my information they provide me with a message saying that my account has been created and after I finish checking out they ask for my credit card information. After I give them my credit card information they send me an email asking for my account number and password. They also ask for something else My favorite color When I choose Other it asks me for my favorite featured items color which is Other but I dont want to see others reviews of mine before so I didnt include them here. So they sent me back to the beginning of the site where they say

I just signed up for a free trial and after one day of service I received a message that my account was withpired. I checked my account and it was still pending. Iiscovered swoca.net while active on my computer and it is because of me that I am now without scm or internet access. Thank you Charlene
