I had the pleasure of working with Southern Power Administration SPA for a few years ago. I always found their customer service to be top-notch and their products to be high quality. Recently I decided to switch my electric provider so I contacted SPA to see if they could help me transition over. They were extremely helpful and offered many options which made the decision much easier. Their professionalism and commitment to quality is unmatched and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent experience in regards to electricity services

Ive had to call them multiple times because they have not been able to fix a problem that was caused by the government even though they were told it would take weeks or months. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I tried to use the online customer service and I was told that I could not use the phone number because it is not working. I tried calling them back but they were busy. I even sent a email with the number and they said they would send someone to help me. But then never happened. Now I have to go by their customer service person who said she couldnt help me at all. Save your money and dont bother trying to call them back.

I have had to call customer service multiple times to get my power bill updated because the official there was not getting it corrected on their end. The quality of the work is nearly equals to the technique of the people who work there
