Im not sure what the product is but it doesnt work. The sygnvs website says that if you send them an email about your issue they will send you a tech support ticket but I havent received any response from them despite trying multiple times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a total piece of crap Ive never had such terrible service from any company in my life. My Laserfiche Provider sent me a wrong file and it took forever to get it fixed. The customer service was absolutely terrible and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Sydens Waterproof File Manager is a great piece of software but it has one HUGE downside. The interface is extremely clunky and needs serious improvement. For example the Move to Spreadsheet button on a spreadsheet would very easily become atons so you cant input values quickly or choose between multiple templates while moving files. Overall its not the best software out there but Syxxxxvs is definitely not his usualxed style.
