I have never had a better experience with ANY company The guys are always so accommodating and willing to help out no matter what. Theyre even willing to come out and do some work on your house if you dont have time or want them to just do it all from start to finish. Its truly amazing how they can keep up with the latest technologies so quickly and still meet the needs of their customers. I would highly recommend symbiountech to anyone in need of an incredible home automation solution

The components were poorly made and it was a pain to set up the system. I also had to deal with customer service who were unhelpful and refused to take my money back. AutomationI found this company to be very unprofessional and unhelpful. They did not seem to have any idea what they were doing when it came time to set up my home automation system. I had to call them multiple times before they finally got back to me and then only after a long wait. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive never seen anything that looks like it will be useful before reading the first sentence. Then the second sentence. Then the third sentence. THEN THE GIRL IS WILLING TO MONEYarma symbiootech.com does not seem to be very reliable when it comes to their customer service . They always find ways to Make money off of you which is really annoying. I would give them a low rating because they dont offer good customer service but they do offer good product .
