I did not have any good things to say about Symbits.com. They are in the business of Home security and they do a terrible job. I had several incidents where my home was hacked and Symbits never even contacted me They just said that my data had been stolen without providing any evidence. And their customer service is terrible too- I called them multiple times and each time I spoke to a different person who could not help me get anything done. Overall avoid this company if you can.
