Ive never had such terrible customer service I called to get help with my insurance and they told me that I needed to get a new policy because my old one was expired. Then when I went to try and get the policy they said that I couldnt even pick up the phone because there were too many people on hold. If youre looking for someone whos going to help you navigate your healthcare system look elsewhere

I just got out of a 10 day job role with company symedcorporation.com and was really impressed with the idea behind the company. However I felt like the user experience was bad. The sign-up process was very cumbersome and I didnt have faith in the system being able to keep my information clean. After reading some of the other reviews Iiums that it was an error attempt 1 entered my name wrong2 did not get me a care plan3 took too long to get back to me4 most importantly5 had trouble completing the form6The results Ipayer
