The company is in the business of Home - Symphonic Source Inc which means that they are not onlycharging exorbitant prices for products that dont do anything but they also charge you for services that dont actually exist. In addition to this their customer service is incredibly unhelpful and uncooperative. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not waste your money on this company. They are terrible at customer service and dont seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to music. I had a problem with my speaker and Symphonic Source said it was their responsibility to fix it but didnt do anything. Then I had a problem with my amplifier and Symphonic Source said it was their responsibility to fix that too but again didnt do anything. Finally I had a problem with my music player and Symphonic Source said it was their responsibility to repair that too but again didnt do anything. In the end I spent more than 200 on these things and havent even received my products yet Do not bother giving them your money - youll be much worse off without it.

I am sure that many people have Resort to Company symphonicsource.com as their music streaming service because of the great customer service they offer. However I would like to Formation 1 or 2 problems with company symphoniesource.com. First of all the site is constantly being updated which can be frustrating because I cant seem to find an issue with that. Secondly the notifications system is not very reliable - it keeps cutting out after a few minutes and then again when it finally comes back up. Overall Im not very happy with my experience so far at company SymphoniaSource Inc.
