The tech support people were absolutely terrible too They couldnt even help me with anything and just kept saying sorry over and over again. This is not the type of company you want to deal with

symphonyts.com is a terrible business website. Every day I go there and click on the Review tab I have to write a bad user review for this company. This is the same company that I sent customer service to of course nothing happened they were response was not helpful so I decided to take the high ground and write a bad user review which is now also been shared all over the internet. If you are reading this my first step would be to stop going there right now.

Their customer service is terrible they never seem to have what you want and they always seem to work with one side of their mouth and the other side of their mouth works well. Generally speaking Symphony doesnt worth it overall.
