I was very disappointed with the Symx.com website. The website is very outdated and it doesnt look like they are in any hurry to update it. Additionally the entire site seems to be built on a version of Microsoft Internet Explorer that is quite old and not as user friendly as other browsers. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
