I have never had such terrible experience with a company before. I started using synapse-wireless.com because they offer the best wireless lighting solutions forSynapse 2.0 and onwards. They are very accurate in their reviews but after initial use it is clear that this company takes no responsibility for what happens during the process of ordering using or importing your files into Synapse 2.0 or afterwards. If you get a negative review like this its probably not from you.
