The only thing good about this company is that they offer free sync services to their customers. However the rest of their products and services are incredibly bad. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with Syncplity for the past year and a half. They have been an amazing team since the start. Now their customer service has gone down and its really frustrating. Ive had to call they are always response is slow and they dont ever seem to be able to find out whats going on. It would be 4 or 5 people on the line and it takes quite a while for them to get back to you. Ive also had to do some tech support when I was out of town and its just been incredibly slow. In the past they have always been able to help me out with my issues.But now... Now their customer service has gone down again. And this time its really bad. Im not sure what happened but its really frustrating having to call them every day and have them take care of things for me. Its also quite difficult to get through because they

I have had the pleasure of working with Syncplicity.com for the past four years. They have been nothing but help throughout myeedeur than expected use of Syncplicity.com services. I do not think that there anything more that needed to be said. This is a user review which was written by a person who had their own company content collaboration platform called Axway Content Collaboration Enterprise File Sharing. They were in the business for content creation and were using Syncplicity.com as their primary platform for doing so. While everything was going good things changed when they began to experience a power outages where files were being lost all over the place. It really took its toll on the company and on our team as we were trying to get everything back to original condition. WithSync planning to take over from above it now seems like these problems are only going to happen more often and at a later date as we have already
