I am not a happy camper with this company. First and foremost their prices are incredibly high for what they offer. Secondly the support I received was terrible. My issues went unsolved for over a week and I even reached out to them multiple times only to be told my problem wasnt theirs and that they couldnt help me because Im not a customer. Needless to say this is not something I would recommend to anyone.

I found synergIT to be very unprofessional and unethical in their business practices. They will not always follow through with promises they make and often try to fix things themselves instead of working with the companys IT support team. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I found them to be descent. However lately they have been known for one thing - quality man- hours. They offer that which is needed but do not offer that which is wanted. Not only are they short sighted in the business world but they are also real life clients. If you are not happy with their services it is best to go out of the business model. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

PI terrible customer service. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was going crazy and I couldnt do anything with it. Finally got a hold of somebody and they were very nice. Didnt want to help me than tell me that there is nothing they can do because this is a business for Managed IT Services and not Customer Service.
