Ive been a customer of this company for over 10 years now and I can say with certainty that the DNA of their business is to provide quality products at an affordable price. However the last few years have not been good. First off there has been an increase in scam attempts which has made it difficult for customers to do their due diligence when buying products from this company. Secondly there has been an increase in piracy of their software which makes it hard for them to make a profit. Lastly the technology used in their products is starting to wear thin there are more and more complaints about how things are breaking or not working properly. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different companies that I thought were better. SyneticTechnologies and now company synetictechnologies. This company is absolutely terrible They are always changing the leap years and like they are always on the go. There was a time when I thought my data was being treated the same as other peoples but I find that out there is not such a thing as just data is your companys DNA. Its not like youre putting together a bunch of fragmented pieces that come together to make something complete. The only thing these guys can do is decrease your speed and increase your work load. I would give them a D in customer service because it isnt there for the benefit of their customers but it more than made up for the fact that I didnt like what I used to call stuff.
