I dont even know where to start when it comes to the incompetence of Syntech Software. I made an order for software that was supposed to be delivered within a few days and now its been cancelled multiple times because they couldnt find the software anywhere. They also said it wouldnt be able to run on my computer because I had a different one installed. Needless to say Im not going to do business with them again

syntech software is a terrible business model and terrible customer service. Every time I make a purchase I get an error message telling me that my purchase is not processed yet. I have had to many purchases happen this way since syntech started shipping their software. I have had to send multiple emails and call their customer service number multiple times. They are never good at customer service. Their products is nothing like the advertisement says it is. They use high pressure marketing techniques to try and tell people what they look like when really they are just completed with product development and no sale has ever happened yet.
