ConsultingDirecTV customer service is terrible. I called them to ask about my DirecTV box and they told me that they dont understand what the problem was and couldnt help me because I needed their support team. I told them that I had a problem with my box and they said it wasnt their responsibility to help me since it was mine They were extremely unhelpful and refused to refund my money or do anything else. Do not go to this company if you have a DirecTV experience

ConsultingI did not have a good experience with this company I was told that I would be able to get my system up and running in no time at all but all I really got was a lot of promises and not much in the way of action. The end result was that my system still isnt working properly two months after starting their service.

ConsultingDo not use this company. I have had terrible experiences with them in the past and they continue to do so. Their prices are astronomical their customer service is nonexistent and their work is never finished. Do not bother using this company if you want to be anything other than a frustrated customer.

SysIntelli.com is a terrible business decision. I have been using this website for years and have never had a problem. However this year they have started to make some bad decisions. Ones account is suddenly charged 14.99 for an item that is not even in the same category as the rest of their items. Furthermore their customer service is terrible. They do not seem to care about their customers and all they want to do is sell more products. Thank you SysIntiilli for making these types of poor decisions.
