I have had a terrible experience with this company. They do not seem to understand the concept of cybersecurity and risk management. I was told my data was at risk and that I needed to take action. Instead I just received bills in the mail for every month since my account was created This is simply not good business practice.

I absolutely hated this company. They are a risk management company and not only do they sell software but they also offer Cybersecurity - Risk Management - Bethesda MD for free. So if youre looking for a company that is going to help you protect your computer and all their software uses advertising then I would recommend finding someone else.

I just moved fromcsandpoint to company syst1.com and I am very disappointed in the past two times I has been able to purchase products or services online only to have them not work out of the blue and I have to contact customer service. This time I had a dispute with a provider over insurance and it was out of our control but company syst1.com makes it sound like there is no control over what happens after the consumer has bought something. They let me know that they will send me a help ticket but make it look like everything is under their control when in fact its not. Thank you for making it difficult for me to do my jobI recently worked for Id Richard Exel at this company and he was an amazing CEO. But now Syst1.com is something and hes gone. He never seemed To really care about his customers or his productservice. Now Syst1.com looks good On Internet definition
