I used this company to integrate my homes wi-fi with my offices wifi. Unfortunately the process was very difficult and I ended up having to return the system. The customer service was not good either.

Company SystemSolutions.net has terrible customer service Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for so long that Ive had pretty much given up on trying to get it fixed. The customer service here is just not up to par at all. Theyre not polite or helpful enough to help you out in any way. Ive even had to call multiple times with a question about my account and they still dont seem to care. Overall Im probably going to try something else and for how long until things improve...Ive been using Systems Solutions since they first started doing systems services back in the day. And let me tell you this company hasado no good reputation at all. The customer service isSpoiler terrible. If there is a problem with your account then odds are good that youll get no solution for that particular issue and likely forever if youre hoping for any kind of apology orolution towards your problem.
