ALSO the tech support guy was absolutely terrible and did not respond to my emails very promptly. Avoid this company if you can

They always seem to be able to help me with problems with my computer but I cant ever seem to get them to fix anything actually. Their consultant work is usually okay but theyre just not good at all when it comes to IT support services.
