The whole process was very user-friendly and I was able to get started right away. I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. The service representative that I spoke to was worst than anyone Ive ever dealings with. He was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like a burden. Do not bother using this company they will not help you out at all.

This company is terrible. The service support consultant I spoke to told me that the only way to get help from them was to go on their website and type in my problem. I cannot believe that this company even exists They do not offer any help whatsoever and the representative who I spoke to was very unhelpful. I would not recommend this company at all.

I have never had such terrible customer service. My laptop died and they could not find the battery so they came out with a new one at my expense. They told me that I needed to update my software because there was something wrong with it. Then when I tried to do that nothing would work and I had to go through their support team. The support team was very unhelpful and did not seem to care about my well-being at all. overall this experience was horrifying and I would never recommend them to anyone

I just opened this email to find a bad user review for company T2 Computing. This is a business that is in the business of service support consultancy and they offer a great deal on their website. I have never needed service support so I can tell you that this is not my first experience with this company. It has overousy customer service and I do not think it is worth the price increase.
