I have had a terrible experience with T2Mdev.com. I ordered a cloud technology partner and after receiving the product it was defective. The software couldnt be installed because it didnt include the necessary drivers. I contacted the company multiple times and they only offered to send me a new one. After numerous emails and phone calls I finally received my defective product back in the mail--a 200 return fee included. Do not order from this company

Ive had to contact customer service multiple times because they were not willing to help me with a problem that I was having with my cloud technology partner. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I wish I never joined this company. They are complete idiots and do not understand anything about Cloud Technology Partners - T2M Works. They have told me that I need to set up a cloud account in order to use their services but I cannot even find the web page where I can even sign in. This is an absolute joke and should be avoided at all costs.

I also reached out to their customer service multiple times and did not receive any response back. Im currently using their technology and would not recommend them to others.

great but be careful with their customer serviceI just got my first issue with company T2MDev. I checked it out and it was a hassle to sign up. The next day I had an email from them trying to get me to login and view the detail about my account. I did that but then they told me there was a problem with my account and that I needed to update my software or else. I did as they said and when I checking back on it T2MDev had already updated their software again. So now its almost 2 months since the original issue happened and still no one at T2MDEV has done anything about it. They are pretty much Null affirmative in what they say they will do but maybe theyre just not sure how to work with their customers.
