First they charged me an unrealistically high price for a service that I never received. Second they took forever to get my software developed - almost 3 months And finally when it did come out it was very poor quality. Overall avoid this company at all cost - they are nothing but scammers

However their customer service is often unprofessional and they do not always keep to their promises.I recently used Taazaa to develop a new website. The entire process was quite painless until I encountered one major issue after another. For instance the first time I tried to submit my request it took me weeks to get a response back - even though I had numerous questions and requests for help. My second attempt yielded the same results - the request was never processed despite repeated messages and attempts through email and phone. Finally after more than two months of trying I gave up and decided not to continue with the project because of these issues. In short Taazaa is a terrible company - dont use them if you need help developing software

.I just got out of my first customer service contract with Taazaa.com. I never received any orders and it was while I was still a customer of theirs. Now Im back on myself- disappointed and angry.The main problem with this company is that they are lousy at delivery. They send out fake software or less than quality software as soon as they get it to the server. So much for their promise of fast delivery- they barely made it through the first few months of use.One other downside to this company is that they are very slow in getting your order up and running. They need to be if they are going to be able to keep up with all the new customers who will be interested in their software products.

I have been working in the software development field for just over a year now and have found far too many companies that are not up to par with quality control. Taazaa is much more then just developing software it is a business so they go the extra mile to be sure their products are of the highest quality. They provide high-quality products that anyone can use and are always willing to help anyone who asks for help with their product. I would definitely recommend Taazaa to anyone looking for a business that takes care of things from beginning to end.taazaa has no any qualms with customer service other then maybe someone having some trouble with a certain product. However they do not put anything like solve the problem and well make your life easier in their manual anymore. If you want quality product production then they probably dont make those yet product
