TheTagSolutions.com company is a complete waste of time and money. I have used them for the past year and never had any issues. However this year they started charging me for services that were not provided. Additionally the customer service is terrible. They will not answer phone or email questions and when I do get help they are very unhelpful. Do not use this company if you want to avoid any problems with your IT system

I wasnt impressed with the level of customer service I received from company tagsolutions.com. The support people were very unhelpful and didnt seem to know much about their product. Additionally the prices they quoted were pretty high for what they offered. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The most recent issue Im concerned about is the time of day they claim to have the computerwhirlpool problem under control. However in my opinion its actually just getting through the night without any issues. Try another business instead.Tag Solutions does not care about their customers and only cares about themselves. Tag Solutions is a terrible company. I have never seen such low quality Tag Solutions employees in my life. They are all always working together like they are two Units and not one. They also never seem to be happy with what they do and always wants something new to work on. There should be a policy in place for companies like these that requires them to work together as a Team Not AllRD One Unit.
