Tech does not seem to be doing a good job at allIve had my dealings with Tail Wind Tech going for about 3 months now and I can say without a doubt that they are not a reputable company when it comes to Data Architecture Integration Analytics Cloud Consulting. They have never delivered on their promises nor have they been very responsive to my queries. In fact in one instance they took almost 4 weeks to respond to an email I sent them Additionally their pricing is ridiculously high - much higher than any other nearby competitors. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Tech offers very poor servicesI have never had such terrible customer service from any company in my life. The woman who answered the phone said she couldnt do anything because their system was down when it wasnt even her shift I asked to speak with a manager and she said they were closed for lunch. When I called back after lunch the same woman answer the phone said manager is unavailable. Then I asked what time would be good for me to come by and she said 10am Eastern Time. Finally after spending hours on the phone with people who couldnt do anything about my problem I told them that if they didnt want to help me then they could just go ahead and screw themselves. Avoid this company at all costs

Tech is a complete scamDo not waste your time with this company They are nothing more than scammers. I was quoted 1100 for my consultation and never received anything close to that amount. The whole process was very misleading and fraudulent. Do not believe anything they say

They are always billing you for services that have not been provided and they do not seem to be very reputable either. Do not be fooled by their reputation - this company is nothing more than a rip-off

Technology CompanyI just moved from one of the more popular data architecture consultancies to tailwindtech. I was very excited to start with this company because of their experience in data architecture and also their great ability to integrate analytics with cloud services. The first time I used their platform I found it difficult to navigate and read the reports. After a few weeks use I realized that the platform was terrible at reading reports. Overall the platform is good for data integration but report navigation is poor.
