I do not recommend this company because of the terrible customer service I had. The first time I contacted them they said they would be happy to help me with a software issue that I was having but then never sent anything back to my email. They also wouldnt send me a response to my inquiry about the software issue until after days of trying. Finally when I called them again the person on the phone said that he couldnt help me with the software problem and that I needed to speak with someone higher up at the company. Needless to say if youre looking for helpful customer service this is not it.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The entire process from beginning to end was a mess. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I decided to sign up for their services. They billed me for things that never happened and then charged me for things that did happen. They also refused to refund my money even after admitting they were wrong about the charges. If you are looking for a scam this is the company for you

Ive never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I had to call them 3 times in the last month because they wouldnt send me an email when their product was updated and then they told me it was out of stock and that I couldnt get it. Then the day after that they said my order was processed but it wasnt because I didnt cancel my order sooner And now I have this big bill for 135 because they wont let me change my original address Absolute NIGHTMARE.

I just moved to this place and have to say Im impressed The customer service is super good and the products are great. However... their revenue is based on how much use their software makes which is honestly not that great of a reason to be there. But the fact is they make a lot of money on what they call the other users. Anyway Ive been using rivermatrix.com for a while now and its been everything I could want or need it both in terms of software and service. If youre thinking about it definitely give it a try

I was this companys customer for over 10 years and always felt happy with their services. But lately Ive had bad experiences. 1 Service I have been a customer of rivermatrix.com for many years and have never had any problems with their service. They are a great resource when it comes to technology solutions and are always willing to help out anyone who needs it. 2 Outputs I have had bad experience with the company in the past where I have received wrong outputs or results from my machines. It is now up for another vote of lead this time because I have found other sources of information which seem to reflect what should be happening on my machines instead of the opposite. The first experience was that I was kept informed about changes in the machine results as they were produced by another customer of the company who also happened to win a campaign against a specific type of virus. The output changed after the campaign was won showing that there was actually

I was this companys customer in the business of rivermatrix.com for over a year. I was very unhappy with their services. They were either unable to provide anything that I did not already have or they tried to. They would send me new services only to find out that my old one had been discontinued. This led to many problems with my account especially when it came to the quality of their products and the delivery time on these services. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
