I have never had such low quality customer service. They said they did not have the right software to do my website design and mobile development but only after I paid for a different program that they used before. Then when I asked them to send me the software it was weeks late and no where to be found. And worst of all their prices are much higher than any other website design or mobile development company out there. Do not bother with this company if you want your project to come out poorly

I wouldnt recommend this company if you want a custom website design or mobile development project. The owner is very unprofessional and doesnt communicate well so the project was constantly on hold because of him. Additionally he charges an excessive amount for his services and the quality of the work wasnt always up to par. Overall I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Do not use tanbits.com They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I had to call them multiple times to get a response to a question about my website and then they would never respond back until after the fact. My site looked terrible because of it.

I just had a look at Tanbits.com and I dont think Ive ever been so disappointed in anything. The website is really simple and doesnt do anything with the life experience hes put into it. The only thing it can do is take in donations from different websites and then put it all together to make a website. Its basic wrong looking and looks like a waste of time and money.
