They promised me free security services but the only thing they provided was software that made my computer more vulnerable to attack. I never received any of the promised services and I lost a lot of money because of it.

does not provide a level of product security assurance that meets the customers needsI have had a horrible experience with Tangible Security. I was contacted by their customer service after I reported some vulnerabilities in one of their products. They said they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. Then after about two days I received an email notification that my product was affected and needed to be fixed immediately. When I called their customer service line they told me that the fix was already on the way but it would take another week for it to arrive and then it would cost me 199 more than what I originally agreed to pay for the product. In addition there were numerous errors in their website which made my experience even worse. For example there is no mention of cybersecurity insurance anywhere on their website or in any of their marketing materials. Finally when I asked them why they didnt tell me sooner about the issue and how much money I would have to spend

Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. I went to their website to buy some software and they said it wouldnt be available until after the holidays so I had to wait forever. Then when I finally got the software it was defective and didnt work right. They charged me for the software even though it wasnt actually bought yet. Finally their customer service is absolutely terrible.

is a scamIve had the misfortune of working with tangible security.com in the past and I can say that they are nothing but a scam. The first time I met them they were trying to sell me some software that would supposedly help protect my website from cyberattacks. They offered me a really high price for it and even though I knew it was just a scam I decided to take the bait. After paying for the software and giving them my contact information they started sending me threatening emails asking for money up front. It was eventually revealed that this software actually did nothing more than try to steal my personal data which is why I never trusted them. Overall avoid this company if you can
