Ill start by saying that Im not a big fan of Tanooki Labs. The company does nothing but make terrible products. First and foremost their products are always late often weeks or even months after theyre supposed to be delivered. Second their customer service is absolutely horrible. They will never answer any of your questions let alone solve your problem. Finally the quality of their work is incredibly poor. Several times Ive had to send my work back because its just not up to par with what I was expecting from them. Overall avoid Tanooki Labs if you can - youll be much better off using someone else.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The first time I ordered from them the product I received was not what I had ordered and it was a Christmas present for my son. They were very unprofessional and did not seem to care about their customers.

I would never recommend tanookilabs.com to anyone. They are in the business of making Tanooki Labs - your trusted product design and development partners - and they dont do a great job at it. The first time I used them they provided me with unusable designs that were clearly not meant for my use. And the second time Theyprovided me with designs that were so terrible I couldnt even use them to create templates for my website If youre looking for a company that will produce crappy products thenTanookilabs is the place to go.

I was this companys customer service representative and I did not live up to their expectations. The phone numbers they sent were inconvenient to get through contact with the support center. They needed to use a international land line input instead of a local one which made it difficult to understand what the customer is trying to do. The customer service was great though so I would recommend them.
