I have had a very negative experience with this company. First their customer service is terrible. I called to ask about an order that I placed and the person on the phone was so unhelpful and unyielding that it made me very uncomfortable. Second their divisions are completely unrelated to one another and there is no coordination or communication between them whatsoever. This makes it difficult to keep track of whats happening with my orders or where my money is going. Finally their prices are incredibly high compared to other companies in the same industry. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company. There are multiple divisions associated with one business and it is difficult to track the progress of any one project. Furthermore there is no communication between the different divisions which makes it difficult to manage a project.

Dont waste your money - this company is a joke. Ive been a customer for years and have never had anything wrong but now my phone wont turn on. The techs say its the battery but I dont think so - my phone has always worked perfectly before. Give up and go somewhere else

I was this companys customer for many years. They still are. However they have not made my life easier or even been good at its job like they used to be. Now its all about the business and how to keep it going without you.The customer service is terrible here. Its always busy someone over there that cant seem to make any sense in any language and then they show up to the meeting with no memory of what he or she said. The most annoying person is always over there and she keeps trying to get me to stop using their product because its making my computer crash every time I use it.This company has great ideas but its just not doing the job right.

The services they offer are amazing and their staff is fantastic but if I could bring attention to one issue it would be with their software.. Tap A Tag Multsolutions provides great customer service but they can be a bit slow in getting your tag onto your text.
