I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. The first time I dealt with them they were not even willing to do business with me because they said I did not have the required permits. After trying to get in touch with them through email and phone they would not respond to any of my attempts. Then when I finally got in contact with them by going through their Contact Us page their customer service was so incompetent that it made me want to punch them in the face. They told me that because I did not have the required permits they could not process my order and refund my money. If you are looking for an incompetant company who will scam you out of your money then go ahead and check out Tatcs.com

They offer no services other than those that are offered by other businesses in the business.
