I have used this company for years now and have had nothing but negative experiences. The first time I used them the driver was not on time and charged me for the ride even though it was only 130pm. The second time they did not have my taxi booked so I had to wait an hour for a ride that never came. And lastly the app design is terrible and takes forever to load. Overall do not use this company unless you want to be customer service nightmare

They do not have any services to offer other than creating profiles and being a Taxi Service Provider. This is the first time I have had such issues with an online business and I will never use this company again.

DesignI have had about 5 taxi-webdesign.com services in the past and each one has been a total disaster. This one is not exception and is actually a very bad idea as it does too. First the service does not work when I add an app to my phone. I cant even find the app on my phone now. second it doesnt seem to be designed to deal with orders that are out of sync with each other. I have to keep starting the service because one order is always ready to send out but then another order takes my time sending it back back in touch so I have time to get down from my job. Finally the customer service here isAvg level which isnt good at all. Each time Ive had to call them after a order has gone wrong and they dont even care. They just tell me to try again in few minutes and often wont help at all.

All of my experiences have been negative and I dont think that the people who work here are really looking out for their safety or the safety of the users. Its just a lot of guys to save on their time and they dont actually do anything with it. Overall I would not recommend working for this company.
