I have had negative experiences with this company from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. First of all the staff is unprofessional and rude. They do not seem to care about their customers or what they are trying to accomplish. Secondly there was a delay in my service because one of their technicians was out of town. Thirdly the prices were very high for what you received. Finally there was a lot of confusion and lack of communication between myself and the technician who did my service. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a scamI did not leave positive feedback because I was very disappointed with the service that I received from TaylorWorks. They are in the business of managed IT services and they did not do their job properly when it came to my computer. The computer was slow and there were also some other problems that I noticed. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a complete scamI would not recommend this company to anyone. The IT Support they provide is nothing more than a scam. They promise you free services and then when you need them they tell you that they wont be able to help because the service provider they are using is too old or doesnt have the right tools. In addition their customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times and each time the person on the other end was very unhelpful and condescending.
