I found this company to be unreliable and unprofessional. There have been times where I had to contact them multiple times to get my issues resolved and the last time was two weeks ago. The customer service is often insufficient and the response time is often slow. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

TBDMN.COM is a company that provides nothing but technology by design companies with new and innovative ideas for your business to stick in your face. This company has a really bad review for them and it is not even hard to find. The user says that they were told by customer service that there was no way for them to change the spelling of the websites name and that they were given a usting in place of a TBDMN.com. They also say that they had to wait long time until someone came through and changed the spelling. They also say that their company was never meant to be this bad.

Company Tbdmn.com is a very poor organization when it comes to their customer service. I have been using their site for a while now and have never had the good experience I have with their competitors. Every time I start out by contacted they are immediately helpful and offer to help me fix my website even though I have never heard back from them until after the fact. They also do not always keep their promises which often leads to me paying for something that I didnt want and didnt need. Overall I have had negative experiences with company Tbdmn.com and would not recommend them to anyone.
