I used this company to purchase a new computer. The customer service was terrible. I had to call multiple times before they would take my call and finally got ahold of someone who could help me out. Once the computer was delivered it didnt work right and they charged me for something that wasnt even included in the original purchase. Overall avoid this company if you can

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was contacted by their customer service and they said that my order was delivered to my house but when I checked the photo on their website it seemed like it wasnt even supposed to be delivered at all. They told me that I needed to call them back and they would take care of everything. After spending hours trying to get ahold of somebody I finally got through and they told me that my order was cancelled because they didnt receive the tracking information from Amazon. The whole experience has been really uncomfortable and frustrating.

is the perfect place for all your technology needsThis company is a waste of time and money. I have worked with them twice now and have not been able to find a single issue or problem. They are almost always late and always come up with some new endless topic about how the product is great or how its the best thing ever done. Its nice that they have a tbs-llc.com offers technology business solutions but really all youre doing is waiting on somebody who isnt going to show up and then complaining when they dont.

is the perfect place for all your technology needsI have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I started with the initial phone call being to someone who was supposed to be an agent for them and they were not willing to help me out at all. They did not understand what I was trying to do and I was not able to help out. I had to reach out to other companies in the industry to get help from. Once we got together she said that she would try and get someone else on the phone but it still went through the entire process. The service is not worth it when you have to go through her every day.
