is the worst company ever.I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in my life. The representative I spoke to was so unprofessional and incompetent that it was really embarrassing. They were not able to do anything about the data they hadbadly processed and they would not refund my money even though I had already paid for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.com is a scamreceived a call from TCarta.com asking if I was interested in purchasing their Marine Geospatial Data - Remote Sensing Services service. After agreeing to purchase the service I received a bill in the mail for 5000.00 The only thing that made this experience any better was when I actually received my data collection equipment and tried to use it it wouldnt work Needless to say I wont be using this company again and advise others of the scam they ran.

is a complete waste of time and moneyI absolutely hated TCarta. They are a complete waste of time and money. I got my data from them for less than what it would have cost me to get it from Google Earth or any other geospatial site. The only thing good about this company is that they offer a free trial so you can see if their service is worth your time and money. Otherwise avoid them at all costs

AI just signed up for CartaA and was the first person to have her implement her software in my work life. This is a great service give you real time floats so you can track your data and make better decisions. The customer support is terrible they never seem to be able to find whats wrong with carta and end up telling me how to fix it. I would not recommend this product or this service to anyone.

AI recently had the opportunity to work with TCartaA and was amazed by the quality of their services. My needs were completely diverse and went from finding maritime tracking data for a car to detecting pirate ships in the sea. They could have any topicquestion I wanted and would come up with new ideas to solve it. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service as well as high-quality marine data.
